Digital STL files

Because our products are custom-made digital goods, we generally do not offer cash refunds after STL files have been delivered and downloaded.

Free remake guarantee

If your delivered STL file does not match the preview you approved at checkout, contact us within 14 days and we will remake the file at no additional charge.

Orders rejected before delivery

If we cannot fulfill your order (for example, due to copyrighted content or an unsuitable image), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
